Integrated Studies, Bachelor of Science

The Bachelor of Science (BS) in Integrated Studies is an interdisciplinary degree that allows students to design a curriculum that meets their individual goals by connecting three minors from Sam Houston State University, two foundational integrated studies courses, the Texas core curriculum, and appropriate supporting elective courses.

The integrated studies degree is offered in a traditional face-to-face classroom and online. Our online students find that the flexibility in course scheduling allows them to achieve their academic and professional goals. If you choose to complete your degree online, please note that not all SHSU minors are offered entirely online.

Special Requirements

Because this degree is tailored to each individual student, before you decide on the BS in Integrated Studies, you must:

• Be in good standing with at least a 2.0 GPA
• Meet with an academic advisor
