SHSU Art Song Festival 2025
March 21-23, 2025

The SHSU College of Arts & Media along with the SHSU School of Music proudly announces the fifth annual SHSU Art Song Festival, scheduled March 21-23, 2025. We invite you to attend this acclaimed festival featuring art song performances, a masterclass, and a much-anticipated student competition. Attendance is FREE of charge, and all performances take place in the beautiful facilities of the SHSU James and Nancy Gaertner Performing Arts Center in Huntsville, Texas.

Activities planned for Saturday, March 22, will include the 12th annual Art Song Competition featuring SHSU student singers, in which selected SHSU students will compete for over $2000 in scholarship awards. This unique event is also open to the public.

This year's festival will not include online sessions.
